She was nowhere to be found. When Naly opened her eyes she was blinded by how the sun shone through the rooftop into her green eyes. She was surrounded by a lot of gorgeous plants,there where sunflowers, tulips, roses and peonies as well as some white butterflies that seemed to be shining a little thanks to the sunshine. It felt like a truly magical and enchanted moment, but it wasn't. After all, Beido wasn't there, Naly felt lost. People Naly didn't recognize told her that she should go down to Earth, but she didn't want to live a free life. Either way, once she got there she started staying in a desolated house near a small town she never had gone to.
Naly didn't want to feel alone anymore, she wanted to find her friend. She had asked everyone in town, but no one knew who she was talking about. Sometimes she would go far, far, away; entirely leaving the town. If sometimes it seems like time passes really quickly, weeks started to seem like seconds with zero progress. It was always no use,she felt lonely and depressed until she had some company.
Someone new had come into town ,and as she didn't really own the house, the other person also stayed there. Koko, is the name of the person who she couldn't kick out. In the beginning, Naly didn't pay much attention to her, but at some point Koko started to silently follow her around. It didn't matter how much Naly walked while looking for Beido, Koko never seemed to be too far behind, at first it seemed to Naly weird. Little by little, they started talking more, getting to know each other. Naly never understood why Koko kept following her, when she had already told her that if she wanted, she could stay in town. But she never asked anyways. A year passed in a blink of an eye. Until, one day they hadn't gotten home in time before the sun got down.
Far away in the distance, they saw a building with the lights still on and the door opened. Although kind of suspicious and frightening, they still got in. Both of them decided to find someone to ask if they could please stay in for the night,because they where scared and it was already dark enough but unexpectedly there was no one in the building. They had also noticed that the place was actually a restaurant, with some fresh food laying on a table. Koko insisted on trying it first to see if anything was wrong with it ,but after a few bites she said that it was edible and tasty, it was a relief for Naly. They talked for a while about nothing in particular, some little chit-chat. Naly was starting to fall asleep in the middle of their conversation. Koko seemed to notice and changed the topic ,then suddenly asked something that brought Naly's attention back.
-"Is the woman you are looking for really important to you? Is she really worth wasting all this time looking for someone that seems to be nowhere around? What if she doesn't want to see you and is just hiding?" You could notice the slight difference in her voice, it was more serious and somewhat melancholic.
Naly had already asked that question to herself a lot of times before. Because, if she wasn't looking for Beido, what else would she do in her life?
-"Yes" she answered with no doubt in her mind this time.
Koko didn't ask another question any further, and she let Naly fall asleep. The next morning, when Naly woke up, there was something different apart from the ceiling and the place. Koko wasn't next to her, but an elegant decorated letter.
"Thank you for all this time we spent together, I’ve felt good having some company all this time felt like being in a truly magical moment next to you. Though there is no need for you to keep looking for me anymore. After all, I promise you that when the right time comes, when the sun shines, and the scene is as beautiful. As the first time you woke up that day a year ago, your eyes will meet mine once again.
